At Curvig, we are committed to helping you find clothing that you love! If you receive an item you don't love, items are accepted for return within 21 days of delivery for a refund via your original payment method or a Curvig gift card, whichever you prefer!
Returns must be received to our office within 21 days of the delivery date of your order. Items received outside of this return window will not be accepted. To keep item costs low, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, but we want to make returns as easy as possible with these return options:
- Opt for a Curvig-generated return label and the postage cost will be deducted from your refund/credit. Please note, our system atomically sends this label via email, but in some cases may need to be uploaded manually by our team. Please allow 24 hours for your label to be email to your inbox.
- Ship the item yourself via USPS to the PO Box address provided during the return process.
Final sale items. Due to their intimate nature, bralettes, camis and masks are all sales final. We recommend buying one or two to try out before grabbing them all (we know you'll want to!) to make sure you love the fit.
Holiday Items. Holiday items will have specific return deadlines listed in their product descriptions. Typically, the final day to return holiday items in 5-7 days prior to the holiday. After that date, all sales of those items are final. If an item does not have a holiday disclaimer, we consider it a more general design that can be worn all year round and follows our traditional return policy!
Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn, and with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition of the item. We do not accept returns from smoking homes or homes with excessive animal hair. Please properly protect your item in the return shipping to avoid damages during transit.
To keep our return process smooth, we do not do exchanges. If you’d like to swap out an item for another on our website, feel free to purchase during the return process to get it ASAP or wait until your refund/store credit is processed. We cannot guarantee an item will stay in stock through the complete return process.
