What is your return policy? 

At Curvig, we are committed to helping you find clothing that you love! If you receive an item you don't love, items are accepted for return within 21 days of delivery for a refund via your original payment method. You can find our full return policy at Curvig.com/pages/returns.

 

I can't find my invoice number. Where can I find it?

Can I drop off my return? 

Yes! We are located in Coon Rapids, MN and do accept drop-off returns at our office. Please email us at info@curvig.com to get the drop-off information sheet. 

 

Can I exchange for another size or style? 

To keep our return process smooth, we do not do exchanges and instead refund all returns once they are received. If you'd like to exchange your item for another size, we recommend purchasing that item through our website ASAP to avoid it selling out. Shipping to you is always free! 

 

Can I use my return as credit on a future purchase? 

To keep our return process smooth, all returns are processed as refunds to your original payment method.

How long will it take to see a refund on my account?

Refunds typically appear in 1-3 business days, but please allow 5 business days for your refund to completely process. 

 

I received an item that is damaged. What do I do? 

We are so sorry to hear you are having issues with your order! We inspect every garment as it leaves our hands, but we are human and do on rare occasion miss a damaged item. Please email us at info@curvig.com and we will make it right!

 

The card I used to purchase my return item is no longer active. What do I do? 

In most cases, your bank should have a connection between your old card number and new card number and your refund will be forwarded to your new card number. If you prefer a refund directly to your PayPal account, please make a note on your return form and we will connect with you on this while processing your return. 

 

My return is past 21 days. Can I still return it? 

Our inventory of clothing is constantly changing to provide the best variety for our customers! Due to this, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns outside of this window.
